The full-time LPN program is a 12 month, 1530 hour program that is divided into three levels. Each level is divided between class time held on location at The Rapha School, clinical hours held at a assited living or personal care home, and clinical hours held at a hospital. Personal care, assisted living, and hospital location will be announced prior to the beginning of the class year. Upon graduation from the program, you will be eligible to take the NCLEX PN exam.
Classes will be held Monday to Thursdays with class times being 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and clinical times being 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Check or money order in the amount of $19,500 which includes a $500 non-refundable seat placement fee. The remaining $19,000 is tuition. This is due prior to the first day of class unless an agreement has been made between yourself and the school.
The $19,000 tuition includes criminal record check, textbooks, uniforms, CPR certification, ATI exams, laptop computer, and a NCLEX review exam.
PA Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) report
Physical exam performed no more than a year prior to your application. The exam must include:
Evidence of being free of any communicable diseases
Evidence of ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Evidence of a negative 2-step Mantoux or negative QuantiFeron®-TB Gold. The second Mantoux must be administered between 7 and 12 days of the first.
High school diploma or GED

Two letters of recommendation
The candidate will need basic math, reading, and writing skills in English. If you have EFL you will need to take a TOEFL, scores will be evaluated by the admissions committee, but generally a 50 on this exam is recommended.
This form must be completed and returned to The Rapha School no later than a week prior to the beginning of the program. If you have a recent physical (no more than a year old) that shows evidence of all information required by this form then we will accept a copy.
